Blowing: The preheated plastic particles or preformed bottle preforms are fed into the mold of the blowing machine, and then the machine injects high-pressure air to blow them into the shape of a plastic bottle. After the blowing is completed, the bottle will automatically pop out of the mold and be transported to the next process through a conveyor belt.

3、 Production process of bottle blowing machine

Raw material preparation: Select appropriate plastic particles or preforms according to production needs, and pre-treat them.
Preheating: Place plastic particles or preformed bottle preforms into a heating furnace for preheating to reach a suitable temperature and softening degree.
Blowing: The preheated plastic particles or preformed bottle preforms are fed into the mold of the blowing machine, and then blown into the shape of the bottle through high-pressure air.
Cooling: After the blowing is completed, the bottle will automatically pop out of the mold and enter the cooling chamber through a conveyor belt to quickly cool down.
Cutting: After cooling is completed, remove the bottle from the conveyor belt and cut and trim it to meet product quality standards.
Packaging: Package the finished bottles and store them in the warehouse for further production and use.
